Personal Support

Our individualized support program offers participants personal assistance within the comfort of their homes. Our dedicated staff, assigned to each participant, guides them in developing appropriate interactions both at home and in the community. Services encompass transportation, purchasing, and additional supports as outlined in the participant’s person-centered plan (PCP).
